The OEM DEI Committee exists to serve our staff by promoting awareness and conversation around diversity, equity, and inclusion. Born from the campus-wide initiative in 2015, the committee is comprised of various members from the five OEM units and meets monthly to plan and execute creative solutions to DEI issues facing our staff.
