Strategic Plan

During the 2019-2020 academic year, the Office of Enrollment Management (OEM) developed a strategic plan. This included broad team engagement making the plan more comprehensive, and inclusive. Our strategic plan covers a three-to-five year timeline, while the operating plan includes action items which span one to two years in support of our strategies.

We say our efforts as a continual evolution, with the understanding that our path may change as our landscape changes. With COVID-19, we put specific action items on hold due to university guidelines related to spending, and when these guidelines change, we will revisit all action items.

Our strategic plan is guided by the mission of the university, and speaks to our specific areas of accountability as leaders in enrollment management.
